Restaurant Manager Join a respected restaurant group as a Restaurant Manager and lead operations at a guest-focused, family restaurant known for exceptional cuisine and vibrant ambiance. Restaurant Manager Benefits & Compensation Competitive base salary with a yearly bonus equal to 12% of base pay , paid monthly Health benefits available through Mass Health Connector Additional coverage including Aflac dental, secondary life insurance, and pet insurance 401(k) plan Up to 3 weeks of PTO Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications Minimum of 3 years’ management experience in a full-service dining environment Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate and guide a diverse team Strong operational knowledge of service flow, inventory, and cost control Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on guest satisfaction ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety certificate from a recognized provider Experience managing mid-to-large size restaurants ( 200+ seats ) Proficiency with POS systems and restaurant accounting practices Restaurant Manager Preferred Background & Skills Experience managing high-volume, upscale casual dining restaurants Familiarity with scheduling software, POS systems, and inventory management tools Passion for hospitality, cultural cuisine, and creating memorable guest experiences Restaurant Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities Direct and coordinate daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth service and optimal table turnover Monitor and maintain consistent service quality, ambiance, and cleanliness standards Confidently engage with 150+ customers nightly to enhance guest satisfaction Oversee inventory control and cost management to maximize restaurant profitability #J-18808-Ljbffr
