THE JOB:
As a Lead Receptionist, you'll create an inviting first impression and a lasting memory, guiding guests through a seamless and elevated experience.
THE STARTING RATE: $15.50 THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Proactively greet, interact, and assist resort staff in a professional manner to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious work environment
- Proactively seek to provide refined luxury service ensuring guest satisfaction
- Meet the demands of a fast-paced environment by using good judgment and the ability to multi-task
- Monitor the Call Center and Reception Desk for cleanliness and re-organize as needed
- Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of computers/office equipment
- Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day
- Be familiar with all hotel services/features and local attractions/activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately
- Be knowledgeable of Spa and Salon Department Goal Board/Market Metrix Board and Hotel goals
- Own all requests and complaints; resolve issues immediately and follow up to ensure the guest's satisfaction
- Identify and report defects throughout the Spa and Salon; notify supervisors immediately of hazards, injuries, equipment or processes that negatively affect the operations
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- 1+ years of prior relevant experience in luxury guest service is preferred
- Has prior experience working in a Spa or Salon setting
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be 21 years of age or older
