Lead AI Platform Architect for Agentic Systems (Remote)

Shutterfly is seeking a Senior Principal Software Engineer to lead the design and development of next-generation Agentic AI platforms that power personalization and customer journeys. This remote role is based in the United States with preference for Phoenix, Dallas, or Charlotte areas.
You will own architecture, drive end‑to‑end technical strategy, and lead hands‑on development of AI systems that enhance conversion and customer satisfaction at scale.
