Nursing care is based on the nursing process and augments the medical plan of treatment. The Registered Nurse will deliver care with a team-orientation, an emphasis on good customer relations, sound clinical judgment and appropriate decision-making abilities that take into consideration evidenced based practice. Education:* Graduate of an accredited nursing program.* One year of nursing experience.Certification/Licensure:* Current license to practice professional nursing in the State of Texas. Current BLS.
