Retail Manager in Training

Hibbett Retail, Inc. in Hobbs, NM seeks a Manager in Training to support the Store Manager with daily operations, promotions and customer service excellence. You will learn store leadership, merchandise presentation, inventory control, and employee supervision while delivering exceptional service to customers.

As a trainee, you will assume supervisory duties in the Store Manager's absence and help achieve sales goals and store profitability in a fast-paced retail environment.
