Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: AM (4 x 10 hr shifts) Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: Valid nursing license required Certifications: Relevant certifications preferred Must-Have: Strong orthopedics, joint, and neuro skills Description: This position is in the Orthopedic Operating Room. Candidates must possess strong skills in orthopedics, joint, and neuro procedures. The shift is from 6 AM to 3 PM. This role requires a high level of clinical expertise and teamwork. A commitment to patient safety and quality care is essential. Candidates should be sensitive to the needs of patients and their families. Effective communication and collaboration with the surgical team are vital for success. Strong problem-solving abilities are necessary to navigate the dynamic environment of the OR. Flexibility in adapting to changing situations and priorities is important.
