Job Description Job Description Diversified Services, Inc. is seeking a reliable, safety-minded Field Service Technician to manage a dedicated parts washer sales and service route in the greater Dallas/Fort Worth metropolitan area.

Typical Hours:7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (4 days a week)
Key Responsibilities:
Route Transportation: Safely operate a 14 ft. box truck to deliver and collect 16-to-55-gallon drums of cleaning solution for automotive and industrial clients. Perform daily pre-trip truck inspections.
Equipment Service & Sales: Carefully perform routine maintenance and service on parts washer equipment and spray jet cabinets. Conduct professional sales introduction calls to potential new customers along your route.
Loading & Unloading: Manually load and unload heavy drums of fluids and sinks safely to prevent damage or spills. Upon returning to the shop, empty, clean, and refill drums to reload the truck for the next day.
Route Planning & Efficiency: Coordinate with the supervisor to follow the most efficient routes based on daily traffic, location timing, and weather conditions.
Compliance & Safety: Strictly adhere to all traffic laws, OSHA, EPA, and state/federal regulations regarding the transportation and collection of fluids.
Accurate Documentation: Maintain precise records, complete bills of lading (BOL), track hours worked, and secure customer signatures.
Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license with a clean, safe driving record.
Minimum 1 year of professional experience driving box trucks or similar commercial vehicles.
Excellent physical fitness with the ability to consistently lift, push, pull, and maneuver heavy drums and equipment throughout a 12-hour shift.
Strong communication and customer service skills with a positive, professional attitude.
Basic mathematical and navigation skills (using GPS and calculating totals/discounts).
Previous experience in a labor-intensive delivery role (such as waste management or recycling) or mechanical aptitude is a major plus!
