About the Role:

As a Charge Nurse (RN) at Avir at Victoria, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care. • Coordinate patient care plans and communicate with other departments to ensure seamless transitions

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

• Maintain accurate records and reports, including patient charts and medication administration records

• Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and pixmap performance metrics

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff members

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination

Requirements:

• Current RN licensure in the State of Texas

• Minimum of 0 years of experience as a Charge Nurse (RN)

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
