About the Role
The Company is seeking a Director, Chief of Staff, and Business Operations to play a pivotal role in its mission to revolutionize the use of data for smarter decision-making. This multifaceted position is not limited to traditional administrative tasks but is a dynamic blend of strategic and operational leadership. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor to the CEO, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring the executive team remains aligned and focused on high-impact opportunities. The role involves building and maintaining operating systems, leading cross-functional initiatives, and improving communication and collaboration across the business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of at least 10 years in leadership roles, with a strong background in business operations, strategy, or related fields, and experience in high-growth technology companies. Applicants for this role at the company should be adept at bringing order to complexity, be proactive, and have a talent for influencing without authority. The position requires a leader who can seamlessly transition between strategic and tactical tasks, is direct and accountable, and thrives in ambiguous situations. A background in SaaS, AdTech, MarTech, data, media, or marketplace businesses is a plus. The role is suited to individuals who are detail-oriented, have strong financial and analytical acumen, and possess exceptional communication and project management skills.
