Job Summary:
The Houston location is seeking a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Technologist for a day shift position. This role involves working in a fast-paced cath lab environment with a team dedicated to cardiovascular procedures, including electrophysiology (EP), structural heart, and coronary interventions. The technologist will support patient care and assist with various diagnostic and interventional procedures within the unit.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Day shift, 10 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Certificate or degree in Cardiovascular Technology or related field; certifications including Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS); no minimum experience required; must have cath lab experience; location in Houston, Texas preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with electrophysiology (EP) and structural heart procedures is preferred.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The position requires self-motivated and team-focused candidates. The unit typically has 120 beds, with a team of 3-4 staff per room, operating with GE, Phillips, and Siemens equipment. The unit operates on a rotation for after-hours and weekend call duties. Dress code includes royal blue scrubs, and on-call responsibilities are on a rotational basis with existing staff.
