Program and Evaluation Assistant

The Program and Evaluation Assistant ensures agency and client compliance with program regulations and assists in the general day-to-day functioning of the office, data entry, evaluation data tracking, providing support for programs and general operations as needed. Provides meeting support as needed (e.g. create flyers, scheduling conference rooms, emailing invitations, tracking RSVPs, room set up, and taking minutes) Provides reception relief at the front reception desk as needed Assist program staff with developing forms, creating intake packets and maintaining documentation. Keep files organized and up to date in accordance with program and COA Accreditation requirements Supports with data entry and tracking in partnership with evaluation and impact team Apply program guidelines and follow established procedures and protocols Maintains appropriate confidentiality and HIPPA compliance Evening and weekend hours may be required Other duties as assigned (e.g. supporting cross agency programs) Staff must believe in and act in accordance with both the Agency’s and the program’s mission In accordance with our “team” philosophy, the person filling this position may occasionally be required to carry out or assist with other tasks in addition to the duties listed in this job description.
