• Experience: 5+ years in commercial software development.
• PHP Proficiency: Expertise in PHP and experience with frameworks like Laravel, Yii, or similar MVC frameworks.
• JavaScript Mastery: Strong skills in JavaScript, particularly with React.js.
• Database Skills: Proficient in SQL; experience with MySQL/Aurora is a bonus.
• System Understanding: Ability to work with large codebases involving multiple services.
• Cloud Knowledge: Understanding of cloud infrastructure, including scalability and availability patterns like horizontal scaling and service discovery.
• AWS Experience: Experience with AWS is a plus.
• System Integrations: Previous experience is preferred.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Communication: Intermediate proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Time Zone Availability: Must have overlap with PST working hours.
