Job Summary:

At Sunnyslope Nursing Home, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our interdisciplinary team of caring professionals. As a CNA at our Bowerston, OH location, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our mission to deliver exceptional healthcare services to our residents. Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, wound care, and assistance with daily living activities
Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
Assist with feeding and hydration, as needed
Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care and progress
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain a clean and safe environment
