Field Service Technician-Kitchen Equipment

NOW HIRING – Bilingual Field Service Technician Location: Miami, Florida A leading manufacturer of commercial kitchen equipment (HORECA) is seeking a Bilingual Field Service Technician to join our team in Miami, FL. Position Highlights Starting salary: $60,000 per year Growth opportunity up to $80,000 annually based on performance and tenure Full benefits package, including: 401(k) Medical Insurance PTO (Paid Time Off) Tasks Act as the primary point of contact for all U.S. service-related inquiries (phone, email, CRM/ticketing system) Register, track, and manage all service calls from intake through resolution Troubleshoot equipment issues remotely (electrical, mechanical, basic refrigeration/thermal systems) Dispatch and coordinate third-party service technicians across the U.S. Prioritize and elevate critical issues to internal engineering or product teams Maintain accurate service records, reports, and KPIs (response time, resolution time, repeat issues) Develop and improve service processes, workflows, and documentation Support warranty claim validation and spare parts coordination Train customers, distributors, and service partners on basic troubleshooting and product use Identify recurring technical issues and provide feedback to product/engineering teams Requirements Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) Experience servicing commercial equipment, HVAC, foodservice, or industrial equipment Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability and willingness to travel throughout the United States and Canada Benefits 401(k) Medical Insurance PTO (Paid Time Off) #J-18808-Ljbffr Palm Aire Professional Services
