Job Responsibilities

• Create Personalized Treatment Programs: Assess patients' needs and design individualized therapy strategies to assist them in reaching their functional aspirations.
• Deliver Therapeutic Care: Apply evidence-based practices to enhance patients' motor abilities, cognitive skills, and daily living tasks.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Provide instruction to patients and caregivers on therapy techniques to promote ongoing progress at home.
• Track and Evaluate Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and adjust treatment plans to ensure patients remain on the path to success.

Educational Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Encouragement for ongoing education and post-graduate certifications.

Required Credentials

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT certification is mandatory.
