Flexible Behavior Assistant - Path to RBT & Training

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in Hickory, North Carolina, is looking for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians to work with children with autism. Positions start part-time with the chance to grow into full-time roles as caseloads expand. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay with annual raises, and a pathway for career growth. The right candidates will implement ABA strategies, collect progress data, and communicate with families and teams to ensure client success.
