Leading a team of delivery engineers in a remote capacity, the full-time Professional Services Delivery Manager will oversee the implementation of enterprise networking and security solutions, ensuring operational consistency, delivery quality, and exceptional customer experiences. Key responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of Professional Services Engineers and Technical Project Leads, driving accountability for delivery quality and customer satisfaction Provide leadership oversight across networking and security service engagements, ensuring successful project execution and adherence to scope and quality standards Standardize service delivery methodologies and analyze delivery trends to drive continuous operational improvement Required qualifications 7+ years of experience in Professional Services, technical delivery, or engineering leadership 3+ years of experience leading technical delivery or engineering teams Strong background in enterprise networking, cybersecurity, or infrastructure services Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent delivery engagements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
