Job Duties

• Work in various warehouse departments as needed to support daily operations.
• Load, unload, and store freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Receive inventory and verify stock against shipping and receiving documents.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Count and verify inventory in picking and storage locations.
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, hand banders, stretch wrap machines, UPS shipping systems, and computer terminals.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure order accuracy.
• Follow all safety procedures and assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience Requirements

• Ability to safely perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately identify products, labels, and shipping documentation.
• Ability to use pallet jacks, hand trucks, RF scanners, or other warehouse equipment as required.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments.
• Commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and dependable attendance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience is preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory procedures, shipping software, or RF scanning equipment is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Associate.
• Preferred experience in warehousing, material handling, shipping/receiving and forklift experience

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.
