Duties & Responsibilities Labor and Delivery Nurses (RN) provide care and support for women before, during, and after delivery of the baby, ensuring both medical and emotional needs are met. Provide care to women and newborns during antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and neonatal stages. Monitor vital signs of mother and baby during birth.
