What You'll Do as a Market Partner
As a HealthPlus Staffing Market Partner, you will operate your own healthcare recruiting firm within an exclusive territory, specializing in permanent placement of Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers.
You will:
- Build and manage client relationships with hospitals, private practices, urgent care centers, and healthcare groups
- Source, recruit, and place high-quality healthcare professionals
- Develop recurring revenue through retained and contingent search agreements
- Lead business development in your region
- Scale your territory with the support of a national infrastructure
