The Doe Fund in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a high-energy, self-motivated Case Manager based at the Porter Avenue Facility. You will manage a caseload of clients, coordinate referrals for mental health and housing services, and collaborate with DHS and other agencies to support program goals. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma (Bachelor’s preferred in Human Services) and at least 2 years of case management experience, with strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills and #J-18808-Ljbffr The Doe Fund The Doe Fund Inc.
