Hydrating for Hope is a community service initiative dedicated to providing essential hydration and heat-related supplies to individuals experiencing homelessness in the Tampa Bay area. The organization focuses on addressing the health risks associated with extreme heat by delivering practical support to vulnerable community members. Hydrating for Hope partners with local shelters and service providers to distribute supplies where they are most needed. In addition to direct outreach, the initiative works to educate the broader community about the medical effects of extreme heat and the importance of preventive care. Through collaboration and advocacy, Hydrating for Hope seeks to promote safety, awareness, and dignity for individuals facing homelessness. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate chapter meetings, service projects, and volunteer engagement. Organize card-making initiatives to create uplifting messages for individuals experiencing homelessness. Coordinate community donation drives to collect water, electrolyte drinks, sunscreen, hats, and other heat-relief essentials. Ensure collected donations are organized, inventoried, and delivered to the Hydrating for Hope National Office to support communities in need. #J-18808-Ljbffr
