The QC Analyst II will be responsible for executing bioanalytical, cell-based, and/or molecular methods for product release in the Quality Control laboratory.Schedule: 12:30 PM – 11:00 PM; Monday to Thursday; On-site Reports to: Associate Quality Control Manager Location: 13203 Murphy Road Suite 100 Stafford, TX 77477Basic Qualifications:BA or BS in any science-related field.Minimum two (2) years' experience in a regulated laboratory environment.Preferred Qualifications:BA or BS in Biology, Biological Sciences, Laboratory Science, Biochemistry, or Biomedical Science/EngineeringLaboratory skills including any of the following: Visual inspection, cell count & viability, flow cytometry, cell culture, immunoassays, DNA isolation, PCR, sterility, endotoxin, and mycoplasmaCell Based Potency AssaysExperience with LIMSIn this role you will:Perform release assays for cell product identity and safety, which includes the use of different laboratory methods such as visual inspection, cell count & viability, flow cytometry, cell culture, immunoassays, DNA isolation, PCR, sterility, endotoxin, and mycoplasmaSafely handle human biological specimensExtract, compile, and analyze dataGenerate, report, and track resultsConduct and document all activities consistent with cGMP/GxP, regulatory filings, and written proceduresTransport controlled documents between OQS office and QC laboratoryTransport QA-released QC materials between QC laboratoriesManage, in collaborations with other team members, supply inventoryTravel requirements: Less than 10%, minimal.Qualified candidates will participate in a structured interview process, which includes:An initial recruiter phone screen (conducted via video)Interviews with the hiring leader and other key stakeholders (via video)A final-stage interviewWhat do we offer?At Immatics, we believe in investing in our team's health, safety and well-being.
