About the Role:

The Inside Sales Liaison plays a critical role in bridging communication between the sales team and clients to ensure seamless sales processes and exceptional customer experiences. This position is responsible for managing inbound and outbound communications, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales team in closing deals efficiently. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying client needs and coordinating with internal departments to deliver tailored solutions. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
