Job Description:

Step into a fast-paced emergency department where your nursing expertise will be essential in delivering rapid, life-saving care to a diverse mix of urgent and emergent cases. This role requires a minimum of two years of ER experience with trauma exposure and proficiency with an electronic charting system to support accurate documentation and seamless patient flow. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and have opportunities for professional growth through required certifications such as ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and PALS, all within a structured but flexible scheduling approach. Requirements:

• Must have at least two years of ER experience with trauma Level I and II accumulative experience in the past two years. If level III/CAH or lower, the clinician cannot be considered
• 100-mile radius rule
• Epic EMR proficiency required - used within last 5 years
• No 48-hour guarantees
• No blocked scheduling requests
• No more than 5 days of RTO
• Ratios: 1:5 medical, 1:6 for fast track
• Trauma Level: Level 3 trauma (ER ran like a level 1)
• RN must read own tele, also have monitor tech as well
• X-Ray or CT in the ER
• Tele/Monitor Techs in the ER
• Shifts & Scheduling: Varied shift start times: 7,10,11,12,1,3
• Weekend Requirements: 4 weekends shifts per 4 week block
• Holiday Requirements: Typically 2 of the 5
• Scrub Color: Navy Blue
• Orientation: One NEO, one day clinical/EPIC, one day on the floor
