Aerospace Multi‑Axis CNC Machinist (3+ Axis) Is this you?

• Can you read complex aerospace blueprints for castings and forgings and translate them into stable, repeatable processes?
• Are you comfortable tweaking offsets, compensating for tool wear, and deburring in‑cycle to maintain takt?

If so, you’ll feel right at home at Pall Corporation (Danaher). Our New Port Richey, FL aerospace machine shop builds components that help protect critical systems across aviation and beyond.

• Set up and run CNC mills and/or lathes, selecting tools, fixtures, and machining strategies to meet drawing and quality requirements.
• Interpret CNC programs and make minor edits to address tool wear or oversights; manage offsets to hold tolerance.
• Execute first‑piece and in‑process checks using gauges and automated CMMs; complete all required documentation (routers, data entries, scorecards, hazard recognitions, Red Tags).
• Perform secondary operations (drill press, stamping press, deburr) to finish parts and maintain flow.
• Meet pre‑established production rates and drive improvements in quality and productivity; help train teammates.

Onsite in New Port Richey, FL at the Pall Aerospace Machine Shop. 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM, with frequent overtime.

• High school diploma, GED, or trade apprenticeship and 4+ years of CNC setup experience.
• Blueprint fluency (or willingness to complete onsite blueprint training).
• Ability to work overtime as required.

• Experience with 3‑axis or higher machining.
• Aerospace CNC manufacturing background.
• Understanding of AQLs and inspection methodologies.

• Frequent bending and extended standing.
• Frequent lifting up to 20 lbs. (floor to bench); occasional lifts to 35 lbs.
• Good hand–eye coordination and dexterity.
