Director of Product Management

Job Title: Director of Product Management Location: Remote Duration - Full Time Own the product roadmap and prioritize investments based on customer value, market opportunity, revenue impact, and competitive differentiation. Identify emerging technology, AI, automation, and industry trends affecting our verticals. Voice of the Customer Establish a formal process for gathering customer feedback. Engage directly with agency executives, program leaders, administrators, and end users. Translate customer needs into strategic product initiatives. Product Roadmap Ownership Lead enhancement prioritization and release planning. Maintain transparent roadmap and communicate priorities across the organization. Cross-Functional Leadership Serve as the primary liaison between: Development Delivery Marketing Customer Success Ensure alignment between business objectives and development priorities. Drive product positioning and messaging. Support major pursuits, demonstrations, and RFP responses. Develop competitive intelligence and market differentiation strategies. Product Performance Define and track key product KPIs. Monitor product adoption, customer satisfaction, retention, and feature utilization. Recommend investments to improve product growth and profitability. Qualifications Required 8+ years of software product management experience. 3+ years leading product strategy or product organizations. Experience working with software engineering teams.
