Job Description Customer Service Representative About the Opportunity We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environment. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while managing inquiries, quotations, sales orders, returns, and order fulfillment support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys building strong customer relationships while collaborating with multiple departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information, pricing, and quotations. Process customer orders, sales transactions, and product returns. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order completion and delivery. Resolve routine customer concerns and provide prompt, professional solutions. Assist outside sales representatives with customer support needs. Support accounting and administrative functions as needed. Work closely with production and shipping teams to expedite orders and meet customer expectations. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. Deliver a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions. Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills. Active listening and problem-solving abilities. Ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Experience with ERP software is a plus. Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous customer service experience required. Manufacturing, industrial, or distribution industry experience preferred.
