Marathon Staffing is hiring reliable associates for a Machine Operator role in New London, NC. If you have prior saw machine experience and enjoy hands-on work, we’d love to hear from you.

Location: New London, NC

What you’ll do:

• Secure and maintain correct component parts and supplies for production
• Set up the work area and complete pre-shift/startup equipment inspections
• Fit parts together according to instructions and quality standards
• Operate hand tools as needed
• Stack finished products and, when required, cover/label/band components
• Help keep the work area safe, clean, and organized
• Clear jams, remove broken boards, and support smooth production
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Must have reliable transportation to New London, NC
• Must have prior saw machine experience
• Ability to work safely and follow instructions
• Comfort using hand tools and staying attentive to your surroundings
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work overtime as needed

Schedule & Pay:

• 1st Shift: Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Starting pay: $16/hour
• Overtime available depending on work volume
