Company Overview Cornerstone Caregiving is the largest privately owned in-home care company, growing to over 445 offices across 45 states in under 6 years. With a focus on giving our seniors the option to age in place, we are expanding our presence across the country and are seeking an elite leader to spearhead the growth of this branch. Responsibilities As the director, you will independently manage and lead this branch, along with unparalleled and ongoing corporate training and support. Business Development: develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider. Referral building: cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.). Staffing and scheduling: hire and onboard new team members; ensure all shifts are properly staffed and monitor on-call responsibilities as calls come from clients, caregivers, and partners. In-home assessments: build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction. Financial management: oversee office budget reflected in profit and loss statements. Cultivating culture: create the workplace of choice for your territory; set your own standard through incentivizing, motivating, and setting the tone of your team morale. Preferred Qualifications A proven leader with previous experience managing a team. Success with meeting sales and business development goals. Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. Experience with direct recruitment, hiring, and oversight of staff. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Compensation & Benefits $80,000 base salary with 20% quarterly cash profit share.
