Therapeutic Focus is a family-owned pediatric therapy practice serving children across Arkansas, Tennessee, and Louisiana. We're hiring a Pediatric Therapy Tech & Teletherapy Facilitator for our West Memphis clinic. You'll be the in-person hands and heart during virtual therapy sessions, helping kids stay engaged with our remote Occupational, Physical, and Speech-Language Therapists, while also supporting hands-on treatment in the clinic.

Compensation: $14-17/hour, based on experience Schedule: TuesdayFriday, following the local school calendar (school holidays and breaks off) Benefits: [health insurance, PTO, mentorship program, etc.]

What You'll Do

• Serve as the in-person facilitator during teletherapy sessions, working alongside remote licensed therapists
• Help kids follow along, stay engaged, and complete therapy activities during virtual sessions
• Set up and troubleshoot the tech (tablets, cameras, connectivity) that makes teletherapy work
• Support licensed OT/PT/SLP staff directly during in-person sessions
• Prep and maintain treatment spaces, equipment, and supplies
• Help with light scheduling and documentation tasks
• Keep the clinic safe, clean, and kid-friendly

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience working with kids preferred
• Comfortable with basic tech (tablets, Microsoft Office, video platforms)
• Dependable, organized, and able to multitask
• Patient, compassionate, and genuinely enjoys working with children
• Willing to learn, we'll teach you the rest
