Sr. Analytics Environment Analyst

Financial and capacity planningBusiness requirements ellicitation from a broad range of lines of business and functions (fraud, risk management, decision management, marketing, HR, etc)Manage Contract/sourcing process with 3rd parties to meet requirements ellicited from business clients and manage oversight and ensure proper execution on behalf of the company.Technical liason to the business/users for status updates on projects, BAU requests, incidents, etc.Incident management for major issues including user and executive status updates, RCAs and remediation plansCreating/presenting documents, training materials, and business cases for users and executive managementProvide guidance, enforcement and oversight for all aspects of platform operations and technologyImplementing or driving continuous improvements as specified by Sr. Analytics Enviornment Analysts, Engineers, and ArchitectsDetermine the strategies for establishing/improving the change management, incident management, project management, and governance functions for strategic initiatives in order to facilitate enhanced environmental stability and control incidents or impediments.Skills:5+ years of experience as a business or systems analyst and/or managing the development, testing, and implementation of business critical applications.Deep understanding of data and anlytics technology with a focus on enterprise considerations such as redudency, information security, and data governance.Ability to adapt to and drive adoption of latest, proven technology trendsStrong analytic capabilities in Excel and other BI tools and able to break complex problems into manageable pieces.Practical experience in scripting (e.g., Linux, SQL, Python) & ability to read/document system, infrastructure, and/or network designs, interactions, etc.Able to manage large, cross-functional programs; influencing outside direct line of control.Strong controls and risk management mindset, with an eye to control automation.Understanding of System Development Life Cycle methodology.Familiar with a variety of technologies pertaining to databases and networks architecture as well as systems and data securityStrong presentation skills and ability to communicate with senior management audiences.Experience using MS.
