- PRN Registered NurseBoise, ID 83704## OverviewSalary Range$44.34 - $44.34 Hourly## Description**\\*\\*Seeking Psych RN, NOC RN, and/or New Grad RN****Duties/****Responsibilities****:*** Assess patient health problems and needs* Develop and implement care plans, providing supervision and delegation of tasks to ancillary personnel, and maintaining accurate, timely and complete medical records* Administer care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients* Provide education to patients and families and functions as a key member of the Interdisciplinary Treatment Team* Is supervised by and reports directly to the Director of Nursing of the Hospital## QualificationsJob Requirement* Must be a licensed RN in accordance with the laws of this state, and must maintain licensure in good standing with the Idaho State Board of Nursing* AVADE training and CPR certification within 90 days of hire* Have sufficient knowledge of English, spelling, and math to compile reports, make out requisitions, maintain simple records and perform various clerical tasks* *Background check, and fingerprinting are required***Benefits offered:*** This position includes shift differentials ranging from $1.50/hour to $4.00/hour on top of the listed base rate.* 401K Retirement Plan (Traditional or ROTH) with Company Funded Matching up to 6%* Retirement and Financial Planning Services* Loan Forgiveness options through federal programs (National Health Service Corps & Public Service Loan Forgiveness)* We provide professional development to enhance various skills, certifications, and continuing education* Opportunities for growth and movement - We encourage our employees to consider new growth opportunities with us and have opportunities* (11) Paid Holidays* Employee Assistance Program - assists employees with personal problems and/or work-related problems that may impact their job performance, health, mental and emotional well-being
