Solar Works Energy / EPEX Home Performance is hiring appointment setters in Las Cruces. You talk with homeowners in your area and set appointments for our closing team on solar, roofing, window, and stucco projects. When a deal you set installs, you get paid — and our average project pays you $2,000–$4,000 per deal .

What you'll earn:

• $2,000–$4,000 commission per closed deal you set (8% of contract value on our average $30k–$50k projects)
  
• Half your commission is paid when the customer signs — you don't wait for the install to see money
  
• Paid weekly. No caps. No clawbacks on sat appointments.
