Community Inclusion & Job Coach (FT)
Easter Seal Rehabilitation Center
Easterseals in Danbury, CT seeks a FT Community Inclusion Specialist/Job Coach to support individuals with disabilities in employment and community activities. This role involves on-site coaching, life skills training, and coordination with interdisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities include implementing treatment goals, documenting progress, providing transportation, and building community partnerships to expand opportunities for independence.
