Occupational Therapist

$1713.60/week - Job Summary: Provide occupational therapy services to patients recovering from illness or injury. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans aimed at restoring independence and improving quality of life. Responsibilities: Evaluate patients' functional abilities and needs through comprehensive assessments. Develop and execute personalized treatment plans aligned with patient goals. Deliver hands-on occupational therapy interventions based on evidence-based practices. Educate patients and families on therapies, techniques, and home programs to support recovery. Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records using Cerner system. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and licensing requirements. Qualifications: Hold or be eligible for North Carolina Occupational Therapy License. Possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience. BLS/CPR certification is required. Demonstrate strong assessment and patient communication skills. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Recent graduates are eligible to apply.
