Responsibilities Support and lead components of corporate and transactional matters. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of transactional and corporate documents. Tennessee bar admission in good standing. Polished interpersonal skills, strong drafting ability, and a genuine passion for M&A/Transactional work.
