Bookkeeper

Wyn2It Business Solutions provides accounting, HR, social media management, and business support services to small businesses, nonprofits, startups, and growing companies. We are seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to support our internal operations and client work. Schedule Onsite | Part-Time (15 hours weekly) $18 hourly Tuesday – Thursday | 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM Key Responsibilities Record and maintain accurate financial transactions Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable Assist with payroll preparation and reporting Prepare and file individual and business tax returns Support clients with tax preparation, compliance, and year-end filings Administrative Support Maintain organized client files and documentation Manage calendars, scheduling, and email communication Prepare invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding balances Assist with client communication and service requests Support the Wyn2It leadership team with special projects as needed Qualifications Solid understanding of tax preparation and filing Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Ability to manage multiple deadlines and client needs Strong communication and problem-solving skills Preferred Skills (Not Required) Experience with payroll processing Familiarity with nonprofit bookkeeping and tax filings Customer service or client-facing experience What We Offer Consistent part-time schedule (15 hours weekly) possible increase in hours Opportunity to grow within a fast-growing business services firm Exposure to a variety of industries and clients Supportive, team-focused work environment Job Type: Part-time, Onsite Application Question(s): How many years of bookkeeping experience do you have?
