Description

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings and craft personalized treatment plans to facilitate their recovery
• Administer effective physical therapy interventions concentrating on mobility, strength, balance, and functional recovery
• Engage collaboratively with nurses, physicians, case managers, and multidisciplinary rehabilitation professionals to enhance patient outcomes

• Maintain detailed documentation of evaluations, treatments, and patient progress adhering to facility protocols and regulatory standards

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a comparable degree from an accredited institution

Certifications

• State licensure as a Physical Therapist
