Product Manager

Insight Global is looking to hire a Product Manager in Austin, Texas to support the development and scaling of a technology-driven intelligence platform. This individual will own smaller product initiatives from concept through launch, partnering closely with engineering and internal stakeholders to deliver features that improve platform usability and operational efficiency. The Product Manager will gather user feedback, analyze product performance, write product requirements and user stories, and contribute to roadmap planning and prioritization. They will also work closely with operations teams to translate real-world workflows into scalable product solutions. This role offers high ownership and growth within a fast-paced product environment. This position offers a compensation range of $80,000-$120,000 annually. This position will be at least 4 days onsite (1 day WFH) in downtown Austin, Texas.

Required Skills & Experience

1-3+ years of experience in product management or a related role
Experience contributing to shipped product features
Ability to translate workflows and requirements into clear product documentation
Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions
Experience working cross-functionally with engineering teams


Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with SaaS, data platforms, or workflow-based products
Exposure to analytics tools such as SQL, Excel, or Mixpanel
Technical fluency or experience working closely with engineers
Background in fintech, legal tech, or risk-focused industries
Product Owner certification (CSPO or similar)
