Shipping & Receiving Clerk

We're currently looking for a dependable and hardworking Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our Parts Department and help keep our operations running smoothly. This position supports our Honda, Acura, GM and Body Shop parts operations. If you're organized, enjoy hands-on work, and take pride in accuracy and efficiency, we'd like to meet you. What You'll Do Receive and verify incoming parts shipments against purchase orders. Inspect shipments for damage and resolve discrepancies. Prepare and package outgoing shipments. Pull parts for technicians, advisors, and customer orders. Support Honda, Acura, and GM parts inventory operations. Stock inventory and maintain organized bin locations. Process core returns and returned parts. Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records. Help keep the parts department clean, organized, and safe. Assist with inventory control and other department projects as needed. What We're Looking For Valid driver's license required. Strong attention to detail and organization. Positive attitude and team-first mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills. Ability to lift and move automotive parts and materials. Warehouse, shipping/receiving, or automotive parts experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate. Why Work at Jones?
