We are seeking a customer-focused Online Chat Support Representative to assist customers through live chat, email, and messaging platforms. The ideal candidate has excellent written communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and can provide prompt, professional support while working remotely.

• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email.
  
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
  
• Document customer interactions in the company's CRM system.
  
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
  
• Process orders, returns, exchanges, and account updates.
  
• Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering timely support.
  
• Meet response time and quality performance goals.
  
• Stay up to date on company products and procedures.
  

• High school diploma or GED.
  
• Strong written communication and grammar skills.
  
• Basic computer and typing skills.
  
• Ability to multitask while handling multiple chat conversations.
  
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
  

• Previous customer service or chat support experience.
  
• Experience using CRM software (such as Zen desk, Salesforce, or Freshdesk).
  
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings or weekends.
