Job Title Transportation Coordinator Job Description: Arrange all transportation for activities Confirm all travel times with coaches and opponents Confirm officials and event staff Communicate student release times Run student grade reports Maintain student records and team rosters Maintain Big 9 website Maintain MSHSL official school/activity website for Albert Lea Build event programs Maintain and process student awards Greet visitors and assist with building reception Assist with registrations and other duties as needed Under general direction from the school administrator, performs a wide variety of computer/clerical office duties requiring specialized knowledge of the District system; implements office procedures; and performs related work as required Performs various office clerical and support functions such greeting visitors, answering/transferring, and determining urgency of calls. Maintain attendance records. Assists secretary and administrators in other office tasks as needed. CPR/First Aid certification preferred, but not required.
