As a core member of our Design & Technical team, your estimates will form the groundwork for seamless project execution and strong client trust. How You Will Make An Impact Produce precise preliminary and final cost estimates for residential construction projects. Analyze project designs, specifications, and scope requirements to calculate exact material and labor costs. Master and implement new estimating software rapidly to optimize departmental workflows. Collaborate daily with internal design and field teams to ensure realistic project budgets. Build respectful, trusting relations with clients through clear project scope communication. Track market pricing trends for residential materials to maintain competitive project bids. Required Qualifications & Experience Minimum 5 years of construction/estimating experience in construction. Proven ability to quickly learn and adopt new specialized software programs. Demonstrated track record of professional collaboration and respectful client communication. Valid Driver's License. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Prior estimating experience specifically within the residential general construction trade.
