ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Ive been an agent for 8.5 years and have spent a total of 33.5 years with State Farm. We currently have a team of nine, and our culture is friendly, laid-back, and growth-focused. Our team brings over 104 years of combined experience to the table, and were passionate about helping people protect and grow their assets. We take pride in fostering a collaborative, supportive environment where everyone contributes to our shared success.

Community involvement is a core part of who we are. Weve participated in projects like a Habitat for Humanity build, beach cleanups, and we support Neighbor to Neighbora nonprofit that helps homebound individuals get to their medical appointments. I also serve on their board, as giving back to our community is something we strongly believe in.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Kelly O'Brien - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish or Portuguese preferred.
