Wealth Advisor Department: Insurance & Financial Services Employment Type: Full Time Location: New York Compensation: $90,000 - $350,000 / year Description We partner with a curated network of RIAs, Independent Broker Dealers, Wirehouses, Regional Firms, Multi Family Offices, Trust Companies and Boutique Wealth Firms across the United States. Our clients rely on us to identify Financial Advisors who fit their culture, planning philosophy and long-term client strategy. We do not represent just one firm. We represent options. Whether you want stronger payout, better platform support, succession planning, more autonomy or a planning-driven environment, we help you identify the best fit for your goals. We are seeking experienced Financial Advisors who want to explore new opportunities without navigating the market alone. This role is ideal for advisors who want:

- A choice between multiple firm types
- A confidential and efficient way to explore opportunities
- Access to firms that do not publicly advertise openings
- A fast-tracked interview process with decision makers
- Guidance on compensation structures, transitions and platform differences
- Providing financial planning, investment advisory guidance and portfolio recommendations
- Managing client relationships, onboarding and ongoing service
- Building and maintaining a book of business within fee-based, advisory or hybrid models
- Collaborating with internal planning, investment and trust teams
- Developing new client relationships through referrals, COIs and inbound leads
- Meeting and upholding compliance and fiduciary standards
- Supporting or leading planning engagements with the firm's planning tools and software
- Coordinating investment strategies with in-house or external investment teams
- Two to thirty or more years of advisory or wealth management experience
- Licenses such as Series 7, Series 65 or 66, CFP or CFA depending on the firm
- Transferable AUM preferred, although we also support non transferable advisors in trust and service roles
- Experience with planning, client management and long-term advisory relationships
- A preference for fee-only, fee-based, hybrid, W2 or 1099 models depending on the firm
- A client focused and planning focused mindset
- Multiple active opportunities through one confidential conversation
- Direct introductions and scheduled interviews with hiring managers
- Tools to evaluate payout grids, equity opportunities, platforms and compensation structures
- Support during compliance reviews and transition steps
- Guidance for advisors with transferable books, non transferable books and planning or trust backgrounds
- Fee-only RIAs often offer salary, bonus or salary plus AUM-based compensation
- Independent firms typically offer higher payout options and 1099 opportunities
- Wirehouses and private wealth groups offer salary, grid-based compensation and incentives
- Trust and personal client groups offer salary-driven models with a strong planning and service focus
