Locum Tenens emergency medicine coverage for 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)

Available shift dates:

December 12th: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM December 19th: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM December 20th: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM December 23rd: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM December 26th: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM December 29th: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Standard solo emergency room coverage

Provider must be NC Medicaid credentialed and enrolled in PECOS

EMR system: Meditech 6.1

Open ICU setting with 1 physician and 2 mid-level split coverage

Annual patient volume of 32,000 with a daily patient volume of 90-100 patients

Physicians typically see 18-20 patients per 12-hour shift

22 beds in the emergency department

Board certification required

On-site support services include anesthesia, general surgery, orthopedic surgery, and radiology available 24 hours

Labor and delivery department on site

Housing provided in hospital-owned apartments

Travel costs capped at $500.00
