About the Role

Cartesia is building the future of real-time audio intelligence, and inbound demand for our models is growing fast. We're looking for a hungry, high-velocity Inbound GTM Associate to own our inbound motion, similar to an Inbound SDR or BDR role elsewhere. As the first person focused fully on inbound, you'll be the first conversation for developers, startups, and enterprises who reach out, getting each one to the right next step and helping set how we qualify, route, and hand off leads to AEs. Client-facing experience is a must, and a background in tech sales is a plus.

Your Impact

• Hit a quarterly target for qualified meetings sourced across our inbound channels, from demo requests and product signups to events and campaigns

• Respond to inbound requests and high-intent signups within minutes, and get every lead to a clear next step the same day

• Run discovery calls that get to what each prospect is building, where voice fits in, and what's driving urgency

• Qualify on use case, scale, timeline, and technical fit, then route to the right path: AE handoff with full context and next steps booked, self-serve, partnerships, or nurture

• Find high-potential accounts in product usage data and reach out before they ask, and partner with Growth on event, webinar, and campaign follow-up

• Own the inbound process end to end, from qualification and routing to CRM hygiene, and bring what you're hearing from prospects back to GTM and Product leadership

What You Bring

• Minimum 1–2 years of client-facing experience in sales development or a role that built similar muscles, such as customer success, account management, client service in consulting, banking or VC, or agency-side recruiting

• A track record of outworking the people around you, whether that's exceeding targets, competing at a high level in sports or academics, or building a side project

• Persistence and follow-through. You chase down answers, ask direct questions on calls, and write follow-ups that get replies

• A high-velocity work style. You move through a packed day quickly, keep dozens of conversations going at once, and hold a high standard on the details

• Resourcefulness without a playbook, and real curiosity about AI and how developers build with it

• Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in an SDR, BDR, or inbound sales role

• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay, or similar tools

• Familiarity with voice AI, conversational AI, or developer platforms

In-office policy: We’re an in-person team based out of offices in San Francisco, London and Bangalore. We love being in the office, hanging out together, and learning from each other every day.
