Healthcare Administrator

All Care Therapies of Georgetown is looking for a dedicated Healthcare Administrator to support our patients and our therapy team! As a vital part of our clinic, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming experience for every patient while working in a supportive, flexible environment. No prior therapy office experience is required—we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate. What You'll Do Warmly greeting and checking in patients Answering and directing phone calls Scheduling appointments Collecting patient payments Managing insurance authorizations Coordinating with physician offices and insurance companies Assisting with patient accounts and insurance follow-up Supporting the daily operations of our busy outpatient therapy clinic Training Provided No therapy office experience? No problem! We're happy to train the right person who has a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a heart for serving others.
