Job Description

Cable Soldering Technician
Location: San Fernando Valley, CA

Temporary position

1st shift

Payrate: $25.00-$29.00/hr

We are seeking a detail-oriented Cable Soldering Technician to support our production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with wire and cable assembly and be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:
Perform soldering of wires, cables, and connectors to specifications
Assemble and build cable harnesses and wire assemblies
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
Strip, crimp, and terminate wires and connectors
Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
Follow IPC standards and company procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Meet daily production and quality targets

Requirements:
Experience with hand soldering of cables/wires
Familiarity with wire harness assembly
Ability to read basic schematics or assembly drawings
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Ability to work in a production environment
